Ammad Farooqui, CPA CMA
Ammad is the founder of AF Accounting & Strategy. More than “just an accountant”, he prides himself on being approachable, honest and always willing to help business owners think big.
Ammad has fifteen years of progressive accounting experience at Private and Publicly traded organizations. He started his career as a junior accountant and ultimately became the National Finance Manager for a multi-million dollar personal care brand. In his last senior role, he helped to scale the organization from launch to $30mil in revenue within three years. In 2023, he founded AF Accounting & Strategy with the aim of providing expert advice to business owners of all sizes.
Ammad leverages his experience from each step of the proverbial corporate ladder to create structure and set direction for his clients. He has a passion for working directly with business owners and challenging them to grow their businesses to new heights. Ammad is a registered CPA with Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario. He holds a Bachelor of Management and Organizational Studies, Specialized in Finance and Accounting from the University of Western Ontario (2009).
